Purpose of the Position:
Reports into the General Manager, your main objective will be to manage end to end leasing processes with existing and new tenants across the UAE.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Formulate and implement leasing strategies to achieve optimum occupancy;
Achieve retail leasing targets for each business unit within the retail portfolio, maintain optimum services for strong and long term relationship with retailers;
Negotiate new lease contracts as well as lease renewal contracts with tenants;
Responsible for maintaining strong and healthy relationships with the major retail operators associated with the malls;
Ensure accuracy of commercial terms and lease content in the lease contracts submissions to the prospects;
Ensure the smooth contract signing process with tenants and ensure error free management of the lease documentation;
Ensure generation of accurate reports for presenting to the senior management for review and decision making;
Working effectively and closely with mall management team, Project team, Marketing and Legal Departments.
