Vendor Registration and Pre-qualification with EPC, Oil & Gas companies, consultants, etc.
Establishing channel partners and agents for the Middle East Africa region for entry into the O&G business.
Managing and preparation of all necessary contracts, certifications and other documents for registration purposes.
Technical bid preparation for products (Cable accessories).
Achieving prequalification with potential customers to enable bidding for projects.
Managing the process of screening enquiries for bidding in line with the companys sales strategy, risk appetite, profit potential and cost/benefit analysis.
Identifies and leads process improvement opportunities for purchasing, contract management, supplier selection and sourcing
Assists with the development and implementation of strategies and programs that support supplier / vendor performance improvements, which includes quality, delivery, service, and customer support.
Liaising with HQ and production centers for all technical reports.
Contribute to the larger business by providing relevant client feedback and intelligence to the product development and marketing teams
Coordinating sales projects
Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other relevant events
Skills and Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in Business Development, Marketing, Vendor Registration & Pre-Qualification in NOCs and MNCs for the Oil & Gas Industry.
Strong established network of contacts within ADNOC Group of companies, TOTAL, BP, SHELL, etc.
Knowledge of Cable protection products like conduits, cable glands, cable cleats etc.
Entrepreneurial management (i.e. consideration of long-term risks and opportunities).
Techno commercial skills to be able to deal with contractual and financial conditions in bids.
Supplier evaluation and procurement.
Valid UAE Driving License and Resident Permits.
