Evolve Advanced Technologies is looking for a junior sales executive to sell IT solutions (hardware and proprietary software) to small and medium businesses in the hospitality, security and office fields. Basic salary plus commissions are offered in compensation. Commissions are structured as follows:
3% on any hardware and third party software licenses
10% on implementation fees of any proprietary software licenses
To be fit for this position you need to have:
• 2 years of experience in sales in the UAE market
• A good understanding of IT in general
• strong presentation and excellent communication and writing skills in English
• a high degree of self-motivation and target orientation
• great negotiating skills
• be able to work independently as well and in team
• UAE driver’s license is an added advantage
Your responsibilities will include:
• looking for new prospects
• organizing meetings to clearly understand the clients' business and requirements
• providing clients with quotations
• respond to the challenging questions a prospect might have, and negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sale deals
• gathering market, competitor and customer information
• reviewing personal sales performance
