About the position:
Geeks is looking for a hard-working and dedicated IT Support Specialist, who will support customers on-demand and at their location. You will have a car and will receive your IT support requests on your Geeks app. You are expected to focus on quality, efficiency and constantly ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
• Excellent IT support skills including but not limited to hardware, software, network, servers, pbx and CCTV support
• Receive IT support requests on a daily basis and carry out the services at the best quality possible
• Manage your schedule efficiently and ensure the service is delivered at the right time
• Receive parts from inventory management specialist and manage the parts as neccessary
• Constantly learn new skills and technologies
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent at researching and finding solutions
• Excellent customer facing and communication skills
