The role of the IT Support Technician is to assist with services relating to troubleshooting, installation and maintenance of IT and communications-related hardware and software systems for Afrina employees, including but not limited to the following:
Servers
Structured Cabling (patch panels, switches)
Laptop and Desktop PCs
Printers and photocopiers
Standard software (MS-Windows, MS Office, Backup system, imaging software, printer drivers, etc)
