Position: IT Sales Manager – IT Security / IT Infra
Location: UAE / Qatar
Desired Profile:
Graduates with Post graduate qualifications in Business Management from reputed institutions with a minimum of 7-10 yr hard core IT Sales Experience.
High-performer, self-motivated professional with a rich mix of business development, operations and commercial expertise with extensive international experience with Enterprise Industries across Middle East, Africa, & Asia region.
Strong experience in handling challenges of enterprise environment especially in start-ups to transforming business strategies into operational solutions supporting high value business operations, organizational improvements and instilling best practices to maximize ROI.
Entrepreneurial minded individual able to forge solid relationships with strategic partners and build consensus across multiple organizational levels, focused on attaining extraordinary results through dynamic leadership and business acumen
Business Development: Identifying new customers across MEA region. Understanding IT setup and proposing IT Security / IT Infra offerings based organizational goals and growth plans. A consistent, successful track record of having exceeded business targets. Build a US $ 5-8 MN IT Security / IT Infra practice with enterprise industries.
Relationship Management: Developing relationships with key decision makers in the target organizations like CXO's / VP's / IT Head/Purchase Head through continuous tracking. Demonstrated the ability to work under pressure and stretch situations to direct teams towards delivering the company’s goals
Sales Cycle Engagement: Overall responsibility (Single Point of Contact) for the complete sales cycle right from customer identification till final contract closure. Possess well honed managerial skills, shown the ability to build long term relationships with customers and channel partners.
Solution Design: Understanding customer’s business requirements and conceptualizing solution mechanism along with pre-sales teams. Prepare, review large proposals/Statement of work, sizing and costing for service delivery. Developed deep technical knowledge of IT products and services and the optimal delivery platforms best suited for the GCC region
Internal Coordination: Coordination with Internal customers from Service Delivery, Implementation, Legal and Business finance to ensure the necessary inputs are delivered to the customer during the sales cycle.
