We are IT firm and we are looking for IT Project Coordinator who will be responsible to oversee the Service Delivery staff & activities to ensure that end users are receiving timely and professional support. This includes the responsibility of managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, escalation, and resolution of end user requests, including the monitoring, tracking, escalation and coordination of Service Delivery functions.
-Manage IT projects
- Draw up Technical Tasks. Supervise
- Analysis of the product, the market feedback from users.
- Coordinate workflow within the team, communication with other departments of the company, work planning, control the timing and progress of works.
- Organization of interaction with adjacent subdivisions.
- Management of the project reporting.
Candidate must be experienced at-least 3 year and must have capability to manage multiple projects,team and corporate customers.
