Description:

• To work as a division head and set up the department and thereafter manage the operations and projects undertaken
• Meet assigned revenue targets by generating leads and opportunities online and share it with the respective reporting manager
• Use online marketing tools like writing blogs, monthly newsletters, social media marketing and the likes
• Market web development and online marketing services to prospects and meet the revenue target set by the organization
• Set up meetings with appropriately qualified contacts (Decision Makers)
• To use different online marketing channels like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and the likes to reach out to the target market
• To use online and web development activities to support all the services of ZTS like for In-house and Public training programs, recruitment, consulting and coaching
• To ensure ZTS is listed on the 1st page every month with regards to training and recruitment related services
• To create various content in terms of blogs to link with relevant keywords and have it featured on the website
• Keywords for SEO need to be refreshed every month
• Website development activities need to be carried out on every alternate day in terms of blogs writing or refreshing / revising content on the pages
• To endorse Public programs on Social Networking sites from time to time to create an engagement with the online audience
• To create and maintain a clientele database and regularly follow up with prospects
• To create and maintain the web development enquiry register and update it regularly
• To create various social media and web development packages to offer various clients according to their needs
• To create and follow up on web development and online marketing proposals
• Partner with relevant team members to create winning proposals on all the services offered by the organization
• Anticipate and recognize any client objections in order to close sales
• Plagiarism to be kept at its bare minimum in the content developed for the website
• Coordinate opportunities from prospect through engagement activities
• Research and communicate information about target sectors, customers and competitors
• Proactively communicate news and insights on prospect organizations and contacts
• Gain and share understanding of prospect’s organization, processes, business strategies, product or service offerings and decision-making structures
• Work closely with the supplier to regularly update the website, check for the hits and performance of the website
• To regularly update SEO keywords to have more hits on our website
• Create a database of the all the new contacts accessing our website and engage with them through our engagement activities like Monthly Newsletter, Upcoming programs, etc
• Work collaboratively with the company’s resources to define the approach and strategy for achieving client requirements
• Effectively negotiate with multiple levels of executive management within prospective client organizations
• Create, manage and maintain processes to effectively manage social media and web development processes
• Work on graphics and other visual presentations to draw attention of the viewers both online and face to face
• Use in-depth knowledge and insight of key competitors to create compelling reasons for prospective clients to engage with the company.
• Communicate the status of opportunities, clearly articulate next steps and discuss potential risks with the wider sales and account management team in weekly meeting
• Create a participant and client engagement program and facilitate it from time to time to build relations
Qualifications
• BA or BS, ideally with emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field
• Deep knowledge and interest in Website Development, SEO, SEM, SMM, blogs, and business analytics
• Familiar with HTML programming, PHP, XML-based web applications, Flash and other web programming languages and programs
• Knowledge of computer graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator, Paint Shop Pro and Dreamweaver
• Strong understanding of search engine-friendly web design and ability to make critical design and technical recommendations
• 2+ years of internet marketing experience preferred
• Experience working with small/medium businesses
• Must have a proven track record of delivering results through ethical search engine optimization techniques
• Desire to explain, teach, coach, and generally enable our customers to use our tools to achieve meaningful results for themselves over the long-term.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills are required
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and resources
• Should be able to exhibit projects worked on and their successful results on the web space

¬ Successfully realising business of 3 times of the salary offered every month
¬ To generate enquiries and leads of up to 20 opportunities every month
¬ To procure and maintain a minimum of 5 clients each quarter who invoice an amount of AED6000 on an average
