2-5 years of experience in Dubai.
1- Undertake design project from concept to completion
2- Meeting clients to discuss their requirements and ideas.
3- Prepare Mood boards , samples and presentation tools
4- Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop or other design programs.
5-Prepared to visit site to obtain information for as built drawings
6-Familiar with Dubai Authorized Regulations
7-Knowledge in Dubai Municipality and Civil Defense application and process
8-Good experience in AutoCAD and the ability to work on a full set of drawings needed for interior decoration projects including, layout and floor plans, general arrangement drawings, ceiling plans, lighting plans, joinery and shop drawings ect.
9- Ability to use Dubai Municipality portal for submissions, tracking, appointments, etc.
10- Knowledge of Arabic is a preference.
11- Excellent communication skills and team work.
