1. Trace, track and expedite shipment
2. Regularly follow up and inform sales manager on enquiries
3. Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers to ensure timely and smooth flow of work
4. Update export/import shipments information to clients on a regular basis
5. Interact with third party logistics service providers
6. Knows how to negotiate freight rates
7. Coordinate for deliveries and/or returned items
8. Maintaining files and other documents
9. Knows how to work on MS-Excel application/database system
10. Min experience required 1 to 2 years, UAE experience will be preferred
