- Maintenance and troubleshooting of all the production machinery present in the factory including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.
- Early detection of potential problems that could affect the machinery.
- Direct performance of preventive maintenance to the factory equipment to reduce chances of breakdowns.
- Coordination with external companies for maintenance of specific equipments (fire fighting, compressors, generators, HVAC, etc.).
- Reactive/corrective actions in case of maintenance failure/breakdown.
- Shop-procurement of basic supplies for everyday maintenance work (fuses, contactors, ELCBs, screws, bolts, tools, etc.) in the local market.
- Leading complex maintenance operations in cooperation with other factory staff.
