The Area Manager at HiPHONE TELECOM is required to :
o Responsible for the achieving and maintaining company goals and expectations.
o Manages and overseas all UAE branches Sales performance.
o Maximize sales and profitability.
o Increases business opportunities.
o Develop sales strategies and set targets.
o Monitor your team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.
o Compile and analyze sales figures.
o Planning and organizational skills
o Product management – product and competitor awareness is key to this role.
o Ensures all branches are visually compliant to company standards.
o Resolves any and all issues pertaining to the branches, staff and customer related queries / concerns.
o Maintains and increases standards of customer service.
o Drives team performance
o Area Manager to support HR department during interviews process of new candidates.
o Proven experience in training and development is required. Strong communication skills are essential.
o Proven Technical & Product knowledge is required to support team training and development.
Candidates preferred:
Indian Nationality.
Presentable.
Good command in English.
2-5 years experience in UAE.
Valid UAE Driving License
