The main responsibility for this role is to source and identify top talent, fill all job openings and support hiring managers in the general recruitment process.
The successful candidate will focus on our high end Beach Club - Cove Beach - recruitment and our Retail brands (Vilebrequin / Hamac / Havaianas).
Main duties include:
Recruit Junior roles including sourcing, interviewing and reference checking
Determine and implement recruiting best practices
Partner with managers to determine requirements for the position and qualities of an ideal candidate
Post positions that will attract top talent/create advertising.
Ensure that manpower requisitions and interview appraisals are completed in a timely manner.
Work with managers to create job descriptions and advertise roles online
Conduct phone interviews and face to face interviews
Schedule interviews for internal and external applicants
Conduct salary benchmarking research for particular positions
Conduct salary negotiations with shortlisted candidates
Update the recruitment log and applicant/interview/hire reports.
Create relationships with universities and post positions on websites
Serve as backup to other HR generalists when needed
Requirements
Strong command of English both spoken and written
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years in a recruitment role in Dubai
Food & Beverage recruitment experience essential
Sound knowledge of UAE labor law and regulations
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization.
Ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.
