Develop organizational objectives and strategies that are in accordance with our objectives
Develop human resources related policies by taking into account our legal obligations, our company vision and ethos and our objectives including with respect to health and safety, review procedures and grievance processes
Develop effective and efficient procedures with respect to recruiting, training, monitoring, reviewing and retaining staff
Advise our senior executives with respect to employee salary levels, contractual rights and obligations and statutory obligations
Develop human resources financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances
Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications
Effectively and clearly communicate all relevant human resources policies to our staff and ensure that staff is notified as to any changes
Be responsible for your own continued education in the human resources field by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations
Skill
Qualifications and Experience:
A Strong education associated with HR, preferably a Master’s degree in HR
Worked within a FMCG/ Manufacturing/ Production organizations with a proven experience of being an HR Director
A positive working outlook and be a great leader than motivates, challenges and stimulates an HR team
Strong leadership and analytical skills.
Flexible approach and excellent communication skills.
