• Responsible for drafting the annual HSEMS plan and motoring its execution and implementation.

• Responsible for all HSE educational programs.
• Conduct monthly HSE inspection of facilities.
• Conduct periodical, six monthly, HSE audit on work practices and facilities.
• Participation effectively in all HSE meetings with employees and clients.
• Conduct regular emergency drills and exercises.
• Conduct analysis to determine training needs.
• Review HSE practices an update HSE procedure accordingly (minimum review).
• Encourage employees to report accidents, rear-misses, hazards and suggestions.
• In addition with management, run and monitor an effective HSE motivation in creative schemes.
• Prepare the company monthly HSE progress report.
• Investigate all accidents and rear-messes for root causes and recommendations to prevent similarities. Prepare reports and follow up on recommendations.
• Update notice boards and conduct HSE campaigns.
• Monitory environmental pan and improve environmental awareness amongst employees.
• Conduct monthly HSE meetings with employees to review company HSE performance and communicate any HSE related issues.
• Responsible for the designation/selection, availability and training of the fire warders.
• Carry out any other duties as instructed.

• Maintain an up to date knowledge of all health and safety matters relevant to Health and Safety Management System.
• Graduate in engineering/ Diploma preferably Civil. Must be a holder OSHA or Nebosh.
• Experience of 5-7 years in the safety department of a medium or large Oil & Gas Projects with 3 to 3 years in the same position. Concrete frame experience and understanding of H& S risk analysis and assessment progress is essential.
