A highly regarded global leader in Hospitality Design projects is urgently looking to recruit a highly conceptual and business minded Design Director with a minimum of 10 years' experience to work hand-in-hand with the existing Partner and lead the team.
To Be Successful In This Position You Should Possess The Following Attributes
Degree qualified in an architectural or interior design related discipline;
Be able to create and evolve concepts and detailed design for flamboyant and hotel interior architectural design; Have a strong eye for detail, and understand the importance of details in hospitality projects;
Strong knowledge and experience in Interior design concepts and schemes, providing services to high-net-worth customers and experience in the Middle East
Experience in frequently dealing with and managing clients, making presentations and meeting with local consultants.
Must have well developed local connections in hospitality with high-end hotels, club houses and luxury resorts - you must be able to bring their own client base/operator relationships to the table
Must be able to introduce new projects based on years of experience in the Industry
Extremely articulate and presentable
Excellent client relationship management skills
Minimum 10 years relevant experience with the majority of this being hospitality related
