These edutainment concepts offers engaging fun and learn activities that specifically targets the 2-8 age group with an aim to nurture creativity, enhance gross & fine motor skills, stimulate imaginative play and enable parent/child bonding. Through a series of play activities and fun workshops that are designed to get the best of a child and adult, the concept coolest place for kids to hang out with their parents and will be supported by super cool birthday party lounges and a boutique health & nutrition café for kids.
What we are looking for
We are currently looking for a Business and Operations Head to manage the overall operations and business in each country and also expand the operation across that country. At present, we are offering 2 positions, one based out of New Delhi, India and the other out of Dubai, UAE.
The key responsibilities will include:
● Managing the end to end operations of the facilities.
● Develop Business Plans and Budgets for the Operations
● The manage the P&L of the business
● To Develop ongoing SOP’s for the Operation and implement the same.
● To manage the Operations, F&B, Accounts, Marketing and the Business Development Team
● Hire, train, lead and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
● Inspire the operations team to deliver excellence at all levels.
● Set goals and objectives for the facility and employees
● Implement and maintain operational quality, hygiene and safety to meet the brand standards.
● Ideate and develop creative and engaging fun activities and workshops that suit local demographics.
● Prepare monthly rosters ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times to establish good relations and rapport
● Social and Digital Marketing
● Developing In-Store Retail and Merchandise Vertical
● Further Develop the Café Concept and oversee the F&B Operations.
● Developing and Maintaining Excellent Rapport with Pre-Schools, Day Care Facilities, Kindergartens and Other Elementary Schools in the vicinity with an intention to promote concept activities to such schools.
● Develop and Maintaining relationship with our customer base which will essentially comprise of parents and children as well as schools.
● Understand human emotion of the parent and child and be able to adapt ideas to encourage repeat visits.
● To formulate New promotions and marketing strategies for the operations
● Plan and execute special events at the facility that are specifically aimed for the core age group
● Coordinate activities to obtain optimum efficiency of operations with minimum cost in order to maximize the profit
● Communicate, liaise and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to derive profitable business and sustainable relationships.
● Communicate effectively with customers and parents visiting the facility
● Liaise with External Organizations to promote the concept and elicit cross promotion and co-branding opportunities.
● Expand the brand across the country by identifying potential locations within Malls, Communities, Large Corporate organizations etc.
The Ideal Candidate Criteria
● Graduate or Post-graduate with excellent & proven Operations and Business Management skills.
● 3 to 5 years of experience as a business driver.
● Effective leader that can inspire a team to deliver excellence at all levels
● Ability to freely interact with children and parents with an outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality.
● Brilliant Relationship Builder
● Ability to think out of the box and bring about creative ideas to constantly innovate the offering and set new standards.
● Should be patient, confident, detail orientated, and methodical. Must maintain and follow clear objectives in ensuring the operations function smoothly and efficiently.
● Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
