Description:

Hiring head Chef for a leading restaurant in Dubai.

The Head Chef is responsible for all kitchen operations on an opening, mid- or closing shift, including supervision of all kitchen staff.

Skills

Exp: 5-8 years

Should have experience in Spanish/Mexican/Latin American /Italian cuisine experience.

Hospitality Management Degree / Diploma from a recognized university / institute.

Understanding about the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and critical control points) requirements.

Preferably HACCP Certified.
Culinary school background is a plus.
