Rolman World is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail to join its Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large industrial company, with world class suppliers and branches across the MEA region. The role will allow the successful candidate to have a significant impact on raising brand awareness through marketing communication tools and material.
Tasks
Work on a variety of projects including corporate communications and branding, sales and training support tools, packaging, advertising, website, social media and events and exhibitions. Reporting to the Marketing Manager the individual will ensure that the corporate identity of the Rolman World Group of branches and brands across the MEA region sends a consistent and coherent message.
Requirements:
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
(knowledge of catalogue builders/creators such as Catsy an advantage).
A keen understanding of design trends and software.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing graphics and layout designs for print and digital communications.
Experience with the print production process and production delivery procedures, including file preparation.
Experience in CMS (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal or similar) and/or prior experience designing webpages / websites.
Good communication and team skills – needs to be able to work with international suppliers for joint branding, POS, and sales support material.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
2+ years Design experience
Excellent spoken & written English
A strong portfolio of recent work
UAE experience is a MUST
Degree level education
Knowledge of CMS software - Wordpress / Joomla / Drupal
Team player, hard worker, strong personality, motivational and self-motivated
Arabic speaker an advantage
