This mid scale architectural consultancy designs and enables the delivery of Architectural, Urban, and Interior Design projects in the UAE and Europe. There is now an immediate opportunity for a Country Manager to join the organization and head up the UAE operations.
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for the operational performance of the UAE business. You will be responsible developing strategies and driving improvements. You will be responsible for business development and marketing activities whilst identifying, managing and reducing risk to the business. You will develop and grow business relationships with multiple stakeholders and play a role in managing key clients. You will ultimately be responsible for delivering and exceeding business performance targets, managing the P&L, resource management and supporting and developing staff.
To be considered for this role you must have a B.Sc. in Architecture or other relevant discipline with 10+ years’ experience. The candidate should have a proven track record of growing a high performing, profitable consulting business. You must be client facing and commercially astute with a strong understanding of both operational and market risk. A strong consultancy background within the UAE market is preferred.
