Looking for a strong finance professional for the role of Finance Manager, who will be reporting to the CFO.
The Finance Manager is responsible for the effective management of all financial tasks, including corporate accounting, treasury, compliance, audit, financial reporting and the development of internal control, policies and procedures through managing and developing the finance team to ensure delivery of KPIs and agreed deliverables.
Required Experience:
Real estate development, ideally in Dubai.
Knowledge of RERA Laws, rules, practices and procedures.
Solid technical accounting skills, including IFRS, group accounting and consolidation.
Working in a large group of companies with Corporate Governance regime.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Dynamics AX preferred.
Budgets and forecast preparations.
Cash Management.
Developing and implementing Finance policies & procedures.
Proven track record of developing and running a high performing team in a fast paced environment within a multi-cultural environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Degree holder in Accounting with a recognized accounting qualification CPA/ACCA/CMA/CIMA.
10+ years or above proven accounting working experience in which 2 years are in a similar position.
Strong soft skills (communication, time management, committed, responsible, independent, detailed ordinated, multi-tasking).
