He is responsible for developing finance and accounting processes and workflow, overseeing the finance and accounting functions through the whole company, monitoring the accounting work and handling the banks' relationship.
Job Functions
1. Building up the accounting team.
2. Developing and managing the financial and accounting systems,
processes and models.
3. Monitoring the accounting work
4. Monitoring income, expenditures and cash flow.
5. ERP implementing, when it is needed.
6. Handling the relationship with banks' (e.g. getting required financing).
7. Hiring and handling the external audit.
8. Developing of budget and reporting processes.
9. Preparing, evaluating, analysing and monitoring the budgets and
financial reports.
10. Ensure meeting the predefined deadlines of submitting the budget and
reports to HQ in Riyadh.
11. Raise any queries to the concerned departments for any clarifications or
justifications for material variances between budget and actual figures.
12. Evaluation of the companies' performance.
13. Participating in defining financial targets and goals for the companies.
14. Cash management to ensure having smooth cash flow and to meet
the cash needs.
15. Banks communications.
16. Collecting and preparing required information and documents for
getting bank facilities.
17. Utilising existing facilities.
18. Monitoring banks dues to avoid having any defaulted dues.
19. Monitoring the use and dues of banks facilities for the company.
20. Reviews and approves requests for payments.
21. Prepares special accounting reports as requested by management.
22. Monitors and controls the fixed assets and petty cash records.

Job specifications
Required Education Level:
B.A. in Finance or Accounting. CPA or CMA is a plus.
Required Experience:
A minimum of 7 years' experience in a related field.
Required Competencies:
1. Knowledge in Banks terms and products.
2. Accounting knowledge.
3. Computer skills, especially in using Excel and Modelling.
4. Experience and knowledge in ERP systems is a plus.
