Automotive Management Services are currently looking for FINANCE ANALYST to support our Finance department in Dubai.
As a FINANCE ANALYST you will be responsible to verify and daily bookeeping for Dubai Head office and other sites which are maintained at Dubai finance. The job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Maintaining accurate financial records for sites, including but not limited to booking and settling supplier invoices, journal vouchers, reconciling of travel expenses, advances, raising invoices, preparing intercompany reconciliations and internal vouchers, maintaining fixed assets register, etc
Preparing balance sheet schedules
Capturing accounting data into the accounting system with speed and accuracy
Creating, developing and maintaining accounting spreadsheets used in the Finance function
Assisting in the up keep of department journal logs, database of budgeted staff cost and recharges and prepares bank reconciliations, bank transfer vouchers and monthly site reconciliations as required
Assisting Finance Supervisor with various analysis and calculations regarding finance matters
Reviewing and verifying accuracy of any finance data received and/or forwarded
Reviewing Daily Cash Position (DCP) Reports as required or assigned
Providing online support to the site finance teams
Essential:
Practical experience of Management Information Systems.
Experience in the practical application of Financial Accounting.
Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs).
Broad systematic experience of financial reporting systems, data query and analysis tools.
Must be willing to travel at a short notice to areas outside Dubai that AMS support
As the position is located in Dubai, it is an advantage that you are already located here, however, this is not a requirement.
