Responsible for filling operations of Lubricating Oils in the plant.
Carries out the filling of drums, pails, small pack and bulk tanker filling in the plant.
Interfaces with logistics supervisor for ascertaining the requirement of packaging materials and blending supervisor for the bulk product availability.
Prepares the filling schedule on the control system as per directives of the planning supervisor.
Plans and ensures optimum utilization of Manpower required for filling.
Minimizes filling losses & packaging material damage on continual basis.
Implements small continuous improvement programs.
Produces a log of errors for action by the maintenance personnel.Guides Maintenance Department to carry out Preventive Maintenance effectively.
Optimises all the resources and efficiently works on PPC Program.
Ensure all the complaints are effectively addressed and resolved.Based on the complaints, work for Corrective & Preventive Action.
Participates in the effective implementation of Quality System.
Provides the required assistance to the laboratory to carry out the inspection and testing at various stages.
Initiates action for proper handling of finished products and packaging materials.
Up dates the control system whenever the updates are available.
Effectively recycles the grease drums that are used for filling the small packs.
Monitors the leakages of the packs and take corrective action and prepares vendor ratings.
