Online Fashion Boutique is looking for a whole rounder Filipino lady with a good knowledge of online browsing/researching and excellent customer service skills.
Your duties will include , but will not be limited to :
Answering customer emails/correspondance, web chat and phone calls
Liaising with suppliers, visiting suppliers, enlisting their details
Researching new products and suppliers
Preparing sales invoices / sales orders / customer receipts
Updating website and social media platforms (training will be given)
Visiting boutiques with our products and marketing them
Attending fashion shows and events
