Assisting the manager in his daily duties
Handling email and calls and replying on behalf of the manager
Managing the CRM and updating records on daily basis
Entering new properties into the system as per the standards
Calling leads and coordinating with concerned persons
Calling property owners and updating their listings accordingly
Conducting property viewings and
Attending meeting and taking notes
Preparing letters, presentations and reports
Maintaining calendar and arranging appointments
Maintain a general filing system and file all correspondence.
Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
Handle issues related to personnel in offices
Managing databases
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Invoicing and issuing receipts
Requirements:
UAE Driving License and a car is a MUST
Excellent English skills , Arabic is an advantage
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in customer service or sales jobs must possess ideally a bachelor’s degree
Must possess excellent communication skills, time management and organization skills and demonstrate sound work ethics
Must be result oriented and possess good cultural awareness
Must be analytical and have the ability to solve problems that may arise
