Description:

Task & Document Co-ordinator

Experience in Interiors and creative background is a plus.

To receive all sales enquiries from sales staff

Populate and maintain quoting, task and ongoing project list
Co ordinate design team schedules
Assign lead design person and specialists within PH
Organise Drawings, Renders & Presentations
Request and chase all intercompany quotes
Request and chase all third party quotes (worktops, construction, furniture, deliveries)
Create and report on project timeframes, including payment stages
Maintain project/client filing system.
Filing and controlling contracts and agreements
Skills
Highly organised individual, good administration skills, good computer skills, used to timeframes.
