The InterContinental Abu Dhabi is an IHG flag ship property in Abu Dhabi and is a prominent landmark on the Corniche, located in a commanding beachfront setting. It features 390 guest rooms and suites, has highly acclaimed food and beverage outlets and elegant meeting rooms and banquet facilities.

We are currently seeking to hire a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to join InterContinental Abu Dhabi.

Job Overview

Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection and engagement with our guests using our Food & Beverage Restaurants, Health & Wellness Facilities and Rooms
Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on all our social media platforms
Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase hotel brand awareness
Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
Prepare online newsletter and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
Manage and update hotel websites
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
Design artwork for promotional material and Food & Beverage promotions
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, WebTrends etc
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
With the rest of the Marketing & Communications team Act as a brand guardian in terms of look and feel of online communications as well as tone of voice of copy
Monitoring return on investment for the different online marketing campaigns

Qualifications :

Ideally you'll have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, at least two (2) years experience in a Digital Marketing role in a 5 stars hotel. Ultimately, you have excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices. Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email campaigns and SEO/SEM. Strong knowledge of Adobe Software - Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, experience in HTML coding is a plus. The right candidate portrays a professional image at all times and posses strong multi tasking and admin skills.
