Your responsibilities:
DIGITAL MARKETING & ADVERTISING EXPERIENCE PREFERED IN DIGITAL AGENCIES
Building and optimizing our digital marketing programs across SEM, Affiliate, SEO, display, mobile, paid social, and email with an eye to new customer acquisition and building our email marketing list;
Experimenting with and testing new methods of online customer acquisition;
Managing and tracking media budgets and sales projections while maximizing for ROI;
Leading vision and execution for online and mobile experiences while partnering with internal stakeholders to build digital assets and landing pages optimized for conversion;
Working cross-functionally Creative, Brand Marketing, Operations, and Customer Care teams to ensure that our brand ethos is projected throughout our digital assets;
Present and communicate results of digital marketing campaigns throughout the team;
Managing the team / the office in order to bring the agency to the next level!
Your Profile:
Proven track record in Digital Agencies in UAE (having worked on the Year on Year growth of your former agency);
An experienced strategic thinking with hunger to do and learn;
Min. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and proven experience optimizing digital funnel flows;
Deep knowledge into programmatic buying;
Deep knowledge into SEO/SEM on Google, database marketing, social media such as etc.;
Experience in managing new pitches that integrate various online and offline marketing effort;
Experience in monitoring and improving ROI;
Experience in GOOGLE DISPLAY performance ads;
Experience working with 3rd Party agencies/partners;
Must be able to work independently and as a supportive member of a team in Dubai;
Previous experience managing a team
