A Corporate Associate is required for a rewarding opportunity with an excellent Full Service law firm (award winning and Top Tier). The role will be based in Dubai and offers a market leading salary and full Ex Pat benefits package.

As you can imagine, such a successful company will continue to expand and develop and therefore a position for a Corporate Associate has presented itself as part of ongoing growth.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' PQE and preferably be western qualified. It is not a requirement that you are fluent in Arabic however this would be advantageous. You will be able to demonstrate a full range of corporate transactions e.g. mergers & acquisitions; corporate structuring and regulatory advice, capital markets/IPOs, family business structures, and corporate governance. It is required that you have regional experience and have gained your experience from an international law firm.
