Responsibilities:
The day-to-day tasks and responsibilities of our Consultants are as varied and diverse as Palladium's clients and projects, but the work often boils down to this: finding, creating, and conveying the data a client needs to make strategic decisions. This might mean sizing a market, interviewing customers, or profiling competitors. It could also mean understanding client or external data and presenting an analysis of it to your project team. Regardless of the form it takes, the work of a consultant is critical to informing the strategic advice that we provide to our clients.
Consultants work closely with their senior team members to conduct research, interpret results, and make recommendations for next steps.
Their responsibilities often include:
Interacting with project team and clients at multiple levels
Designing qualitative and quantitative research tools
Managing and overseeing the primary research process
Leading project streams
Analyzing market and client data sets to create insight
Creating presentations, workshop materials and final reports
Develop Balanced Scorecards and KPIs
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Successful Consultants must have an outstanding academic record and demonstrate:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort with quantitative analysis
Ability to work well in teams and with clients
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks / work well under pressure
Capacity to develop leadership skills
2 to 4 years relevant consulting experience
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
BS and/or BA required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Languages: Arabic native , English fluent
