Construction Supervisor Job Description:
Oversees the construction activities that take place on the worksite on any given work day. Staff is selected with equal emphasis upon construction skills, the ability to transfer skills to others and create a team atmosphere of working together. The Construction Site Supervisor is in charge on the worksite. All work crews and individuals on site take their direction from the site supervisor, who is responsible for knowing what work must be done and to accomplish that work.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
• Can speak fluently in English and Hindu/Urdu
