We are hiring talented Construction Supervisors with a solid experience in High-rise buildings/tower or in civil works or in marine works to work in UAE or Qatar or Oman or Bahrain.
Your Role
You are responsible for management, development and planning of one or more activities of one large construction site;
You install and organize the construction (logistics, materials, people);
You direct all aspects of the day-to-day execution of the project, and you monitor and coordinate work performed by superintendents and workmen;
You lead, coach and manage several skilled and experienced site execution staff;
You direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing operations;
You plan the resources;
You implement and oversee the ISO & VCA norms;
You select, audit and supervise subcontractors;
You maintain regular contact with the customers or their representatives;
You attend important site meetings;
You report directly to the Project Manager or your Head Construction Manager on the progress and output of your own teams and suppliers.

Your Profile
You are a bachelor or civil engineer in construction or equal by experience;
You are a real specialist in high-rise constructions
You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in organizing a site as a Construction Manager
You are fluent in English;
You identify with our core competencies by possessing an entrepreneurial mind, showing flexibility, being innovative and result-oriented while promoting teamwork;
You equally possess excellent communication skills, an analytical mind and you are client focused;
