• Ensuring execution of all works as per specifications and drawings.
• Arrangement of the materials at site by co-ordinating with purchaser.
• Cost estimation, Payment certificates of sub contractors and all documentations at site.
• Discussing about materials with consultant for getting approval.
• Checking labour overtime, daily manpower and making the site report for client and project manager.
• Managing the activities at site as per time.
• Review conditions of contract and drawings.Monitoring the finishing works.
