B. Tech in Civil Enginner with minimum of 4-6 years of expreience in the field of Consultancy and Contracting in UAE and other GCC countries (Preferred UAE experience).

Measuring & Quantity Take-Off from drawing and producing BOQ
Assisting in preparation of contract documents, cost planning and tender evaluation
Hands od experience in the design of commercial and residential buildings.
Preparation of BOQ and tender related documents for the projects.
Review the design concept layouts, tender drawings, BOQ, specifications, etc. related to project received from consultant.
Should be able to coordinate with the drafting team to enable the design drawings.
Should have proficieny in AutoCAD/Revit for enabling the desgin wroks.
Qualification
B Tech in CIVIL Engineering with minimum frist class
Valid UAE Driving License
Cadidates should be below 39years of age.
