Job Responsibilities
- Be familiar with specifications of the contract/working drawings and the scope of work
- Check quality of work is carried out as per the contract specifications, best engineering practices
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports
-Report to the Project Architect
-Overseeing building work and ensure the completion of project within the deadline
- Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Comparing quotations/BOQs and negotiating with vendors
- Problem Solving and ability to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Be able to prepare Project Plan and schedule

- Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Familiar with submissions to authorities like Dubai Municipality, Nakheel,Trakhees
- UAE Driving License is required
