We are looking for a Civil or Architectural engineer, who can handle the high-end interior finishes of the project.
Please find below the required qualifications of the candidate:
? Minimum 1 year working experience in building project or building maintenance,
? Residential and Commercial Building experiences in DUBAI region are preferred,
? Hand-on experiences on site executions of high-end architectural finish/fit-out works
? Equipped with Subcontractor management skill
? Understand to plan an execution plan and implement the same
? Degree holder of Civil or Architectural engineering preferred.
? To perform any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
? Good Communication skills and overall understanding of specific Roles / Client Requirements
? Preference will be given to candidates with Valid UAE Driving license
? Shall be aware of HSE and best practice/standard practices
