We're a Shipping/Logistics company based in Al Rashidiya & we're looking for Cashier & Accountant who will be responsible for all aspects of accounting operations within a designated area of the financial system. Details as follows,
For Cashier:-
Job Criteria:
Experience : 3+ Years (Shipping/Courier Company Background)
Gender : Male
NP : Preferably on Immediate Basis
Salary : B/w 3000 to 3500 AED/Month
JD : as follows,
• Previous/current experience in the Shipping/Courier/Logistics Background
• Experienced in Reconciliation of Cash
• Petty cash handling
• Handling all the cash transaction of an organization
• Receive payment by cash, cheques etc
• Checking daily cash accounts
• Guiding and solving queries of customer
• Providing training and assistance to new joined cashier
• Maintaining monthly, weekly and daily report of transactions
• Able to work under pressure
For Accountant:-
Job Criteria:
Experience : 3+ Years (Shipping/Courier Company Background)
Gender : Male
NP : Preferably on Immediate Basis
Salary : B/w 3500 to 4000 AED/Month
JD : as follows,
• Previous/current experience in the Shipping/Courier/Logistics Background
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
• Preparing Invoice
• Experience in Petty cash entry procedure
• Experienced in bank reconciliation process
• Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel
• Organize and maintain financial records
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information
• Able to work under pressure
