Description:

The Role

You will be responsible for new sales of our Credit Insurance solutions and future new lines of business.
Your customers are typically midsize to big companies located in the UAE.
Main Responsibilites and tasks
You will be responsible for the whole sales cycle from prospecting, meeting, offer, follow-up and closing.
You will be supported by experienced commercial and underwriting teams.
You will act as an advisor and expert within Credit Risk Management towards prospective clients.

Key Requirements/ Typical Functional Skills/Behaviours

Business expertise:
You are an experienced Sales Manager with minimum of 3+ year experience in B2B sales of financially related products (finance services, factoring, insurance).
You are familiar to contacting top level management.
You have a documented track record of good sales results.
You master MS Office programs.

Interpersonal skills:
You are energetic and with a high activity level – you want to succeed.
You are extrovert and a trained communicator at all levels.
You are empathic and good at building trustful relations and show a positive approach.
You are a team player, but result oriented, able to work independently and in a structured way.
You are able to network constantly, you like to create your own pipeline and you add, on top of it, the incoming leads generated by marketing. Not viceversa
You are service minded with a high sense of quality and a problem solver.

Educational requirements:
You have a relevant academic background with focus in Economics/Finance. Alternatively you have acquired similar knowledge and competencies from other sources.
Fluent English
Arabic is a plus
