An Opening within our Facility Management/Cleaning Division
For a Business Development Associate (BDA)

You will work in a growing company that has 2 divisions; facility management/ cleaning and security services. The facility management/ cleaning division is in its early stages and we are looking for candidate who is proactive and can drive the growth of this new division. You must be able to work independently and come up with new ideas and proactive proposals in order to create stronger value propositions for clients, as well as, the employer.
The BDA will be expected to engage in all the traditional aspects of Sales including but not limited to generating a data base of contacts and clients for cleaning and security services in the emirate of Dubai. Candidate must build strong and key relationships with potential clients.
The candidate will also be responsible for proposal formulation, research, Power Point Presentations and other methods for client meetings and other prospects.
It is expected that candidates attend event functions, networking gatherings and other events during the evenings at least once a week in order to meet and socialize with potential clients.

Job responsibilities:
Preparation of presentations for client meetings, conducting research for proposals and scheduling meetings with potential clients for securing business.
Leading the sales and business development efforts for all the projects for the company.
Attend relevant events and networking activities for business development purposes.
Building key relationships with clients, while building brand awareness and capabilities.
Develop and maintain various social media accounts (LinkedIn and Twitter Accounts) of the company.
Assist the company management in special projects and tasks.
Maintain and present regular sales reports and pipeline for management
Minimum Job Requirements, skills and Experience:
You must be currently located in the UAE and preferably hold a valid U.A.E. driving license and own a vehicle (ideally but not required). Transportation allowance will be provided as part of your package.
Language: Arabic speaker is a plus.
You must be an energetic person, who understands the concept of working in a collaborative environment and is willing to give your best efforts in selling the services of the company.
Have a BA Degree from an accredited college or university with at least 2 years work experience in the UAE/ GCC region.
With proven track record of working in a business development role in the UAE in a service industry preferably in security and/ or cleaning, this may be waived in the case of strong related experience.
Proven track record of pitching and winning bid contracts within the security or facility management industry.
Professional, proactive, motivated, self-starter and trustworthy;
Computer Literate
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive, willing and cheerful attitude.
Strong work commitment skills with long term vision within the organization.
