Sicuro Group is seeking to recruit former military commissioned and non-commissioned officers as managers, who will, after training, simultaneously develop and manage business activities. These opportunities are open to ex-military (typically former JNCO/Lt/Captains) and law enforcement people with a few years’ civilian experience who meet the requirements listed below. The pace is fast and learning curve is steep.
Sales:
Leveraging understanding of user cases
Preparing business winning proposals and quotations
Closing profitable sales
Business development:
Winning business from new clients
Winning more business from existing clients
Winning business in new geographical markets and new market segments
Relationship management:
With clients, potential clients, influencers and others
Operations:
Managing all aspects of small in-country teams and outsourced in-country business partnerships
Adept at working with local staff and partners
Advising clients on best use of Sicuro Group’s offerings
Devising and implementing profitable business solutions
Operating safely in hostile environments
Client support:
Providing face-to-face and remote support to clients
Personally undertaking or supervising kit preparation and installations
Technical:
Rapidly develop mastery of Sicuro Group’s offerings
Capacity to integrate offerings in both standard and innovative ways
Commercial:
Reporting progress and success in writing and in the form of both financial and non-financial data
Maintaining basic accounts for local operations
Desired Skills and Experience
Basics:
Excellent communication skills (including writing)
Required military or law enforcement experience:
Max 8 years Army / Marines / Special Forces
Military junior leadership success
At least one tour in Afghanistan or Iraq is desirable
Required Civilian Experience:
Max three years commercial experience with a PSC / oil and gas company security department / security consultancy / HSE and safety department / law-enforcement organisation
Some risk management, accounting and project management experience
Education:
A good university degree is desirable
Demonstrates intellect and ability to learn and succeed in an academic setting is essential
An “intellectually” demanding military course
Continuing Professional Development - Preferably geared towards business development and sales.
Languages:
French, Arabic or Russian speakers would be valued.
