Business Application Configuration and Support Experience.
• 1st and 2nd lever User Support.
• Manage and resolve users problems and queries.
• 1st and 2nd level technical support
• Configure application as required
• Manage Application Server and Application Database Server
• Liaise with software suppliers on the support, development of system enhancements and for further user requirements.
• Installation of applications, systems, servers and databases as required.
• Application testing experience
• Application administration experience User Configuration
• Users application role management
• Capable to provide User Training
• SharePoint portal experience
Oracle / SQL Server.
• 1st and 2nd level Administration skills
• Query skills
• Backup of Databases
Web Server
• IIS
• Java
MS Office Products.
• Good Knowledge of all products
• Knowledge and experience with Office 365
Analytic and Problem Solving Skills
• Systematic problem solving skills
• Issue prioritisation and timely resolution
• Temporary and permanent resolution of issues
Excellent communication skills both Oral and Written.
• Create new and update existing software documentation
• Create Application training material and provide user training
• Provide all user support activities
• Reporting to Management
This Candidate must be able to take instructions and accept ownership of the tasks given and complete them.
UAE experience is desirable.
Experience with ORION ERP is desirable.
