About the job
As a Brand Manager - Food you would be responsible for the business unit strategy to drive sales and cash margin, as well as being accountable for achieving the key business KPI's of sales, cash margin, markdown cost and closing stock. You will control space and OTB planning plus product selection.
Additionally, you'll be responsible for team management and team development, ensuring high energy and engagement whilst building and maintaining effective cross-functional relationships, including those with the host brand.
About you
In order to be considered for this role you should have minimum 8 years' experience in Food buying and merchandising, highly numerate, Food experience in the Middle East preferred, graduate caliber beneficial, good working knowledge of Excel and of SAP knowledge would be an additional advantage.
In order to be successful as a Brand Manager you should be confident leader who is able to handle complexity with excellent planning and organizing skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, collaborative style, optimistic attitude and strong track record of people management.
