Excellent communication skills and confidence are key requirements along with being pro-active. You will be reporting to a head booker who will provide your training and support. Candidates with previous booking experience or knowledge of the regional market are preferred.
Job Description:
? Assist with servicing and producing the following solutions to our clientele: events, public relations, model hire, photo shoots, TVCs, fashions shows, exhibitions, and promotions
? Assist head booker in organizing promotions - dealing with clients, outlets, section managers, preparing permissions and related documents
? Booking, briefing, managing and mentoring promo & event staff
? Handling multiple projects at one time
? Client relationship building
? Business development – scouting merchandisers and new clients
? Assisting on new business pitches and presentations
? Database/ website management
? Handling front desk and administrative tasks when needed
