• Preparation of Cash Book, Bank book, Purchase Register, Sales Register.
• Preparing of purchase and sales report
• Posting all type of supplier invoices.
• Making receipt for customers and depositing the cash and cheque in Bank.
• Book keeping- sales, purchase, payable, receivable and bank book.
• Maintain the stock movements daily.
• Making vouchers for stock receipts and stock issue.
• Preparing quotation and sales invoice.
• Help in payroll preparation by calculating all time details and related duties.
• Good relationship with Management.
