1) ARCHITECT :
We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, self driven person with experience in the industry to fill the role of an architect.
Duties will include:
- Assistant Designer
- Technical drawing support
- Site visits and supervision
- Client meetings
- Managing design schedule
- Overseeing document control, 3D and FF&E
Applicant must:
- Have a minimum of 2 years design experience
- CAD/Rivit/sketch up/ PowerPoint / Word / Excel proficient
- Be self motivated, be able to take the lead and work unsupervised
- Have attention to detail, be well organized and able to schedule work
- Have a pleasing personality and excellent customer interface skills
- Be able to work flexible hours if required to meet deadlines
- Read and write fluent English
2) ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTSMAN :
efficient in using AutoCAD Software to meet local authorities and international design standards.
• Plans, Elevations, sectional details, typical detailing, detailed shop drawing for construction.
• Co-ordinate and execute the list of jobs to be detailed in accordance with the Line Manager’s instruction.
• Ensure that detailing meets the local criteria / regulations like
DM/JAZFA/EMAAR/NAKHEEL/DCD etc and Industry standard detailing.
• Ensure that internal procedures are maintained and produce reports as required.
• Contribute to improving designs and detailing.
• Knowledge 3D is an advantage.
Qualifications and Experience:
•Certified AutoCAD designer or Technical Design Draughtsman
•Experience in the Interior Fit Out / Construction Industry particular to interior fit out/design
•Efficient AutoCAD detailer with minimum 2 years in a similar role.
•Competent with MS Office Software.
3) 3D VISUALIZER :
• Create, revise and maintain drawings using AutoCAD and 3Ds Max - VRay.
• Make final views drawings of proposed sketches.
• Create and render 3D drawings from 2D drawings.
Requirements:
• Solid experience in AutoCAD and design/rendering software 3Ds Max - VRay
• At least 2 years of experience working with architects

4) SITE ENGINEER : - Be familiar with specifications of the contract/working drawings and the scope of work
- Check quality of work is carried out as per the contract specifications, best engineering practices
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports
-Report to the Project Architect
-Overseeing building work and ensure the completion of project within the deadline
- Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Comparing quotations/BOQs and negotiating with vendors
- Problem Solving and ability to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Be able to prepare Project Plan and schedule

- Familiar with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Familiar with submissions to authorities like Dubai Municipality, Emaar, Nakheel,Trakhees
- UAE Driving License is required
