Graduate Degree in Architecture or Interior Designer
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialized computer-aided design (CAD) applications
• Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments
• Writing and presenting reports, proposals & applications.
• Developing detailed designs package up to construction issue
• Liaise between team members – Management, Site Engineer, Client, vendors and sub-contractors
• Fully experienced with site coordination between Consultants and Contractors.
• Demonstrate a high level of technical understanding of modern methods of all aspects of the design and construction processes, low energy design and Statutory Authority regulations.
• Knows how to assess 3D designs and be able to give recommendations.
• Must be willing to learn, to meet deadlines, and to take initiative.
• Have a professional eye for detail.
• Uniqueness in design and being able to think outside the box.
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Proficient in AutoCAD, InDesign, SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, and hand sketching.
• BIM/Revit is an advantage.
• Perfect organization and written/oral communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Presentable and good in client presentation.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
