Colliers International MENA is looking to hire an Administrator.
The Job Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Create, organise and maintain a diary for the Team.
2. Provide all support services to the Team.
3. Provide assistance and preparation of Proposals, including but not limited to typing, creating maps, downloading and inserting photographs, arranging appointments and any other information or assistance that the Team may need.
4. Arrange travel and hotel bookings and follow up accordingly.
5. Maintain an accurate database of Clients and Invoices for the Department.
6. Office general administration, such as filing
7. Keep track of the Team’s travel dates and assure all Clients’ deadlines are met in a timely manner.
8. Update your Team’s credentials from time to time to collate information from internal and external sources on the Middle East property markets.
9. Other duties as required from time to time.
