JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Prepares and monitors staff’s schedules.
2. Coordinates with clients, marketing executives, staff and management.
3. Ensures that office procedures are followed strictly and consistently.
4. Does regular follow ups with staff.
5. Visits clients to take up issues on smooth flow of work, deadlines and payments.
6. Ensures that deadlines and commitments are met.
7. Directly reports to the Managing Partner.
