i did MASTER IN COMMERCE & have 5 year experience with valid UAE DRIVING LICENCE.
Coordinate design process activities, resources, documents, authority approval status and information.
Liaise with Contract Dept to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
Quantity Surveyors, and Supervision team on progress of all project-related matters and monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
Report on-going evaluation of project activity and escalate to management as needed on daily basis
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Accomplish work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling and coaching document controllers
Take responsibility for the effective flow of information between team members, participants in project activities
Review with clients to ensure Line Material deliveries are operating smoothly.
To manage and negotiate with the suppliers for PROJECTS, to ensure the
quality of delivered services.
Review with Foreman manpower requirements and inform PM should a change be needed.
Prepare the time sheets,time cards, to ensure the attendance of the employee on site work.
Work Foreman to ensure that deliveries are expedited and coordinated.
Coordinate work of sub-trades.
Coordinate changes to the contract including communication with foreman and ensure documentation updates.
Attend site meetings the PM is unable to be present for and take down necessary information.
Coordinate and ensure submit of project closeout documentation.
